Purpose of the site
Pro Helvetia funds translations of contemporary literary works from Switzerland. Translate Swiss Books introduces those titles to publishers and translators, so that Swiss authors find readers at home and abroad.
What I designed
I designed a new site inside the Pro Helvetia multisite: the book pages, the lists and the blocks editors use to assemble pages.
A filter and categories make books easy to find, and the layouts hold up on every screen size.
Today
The site has been live since 2020. Editors maintain it with the same tools as the other Pro Helvetia sites.
