This page explains what happens to your data when you visit simonhalimonov.com. The short version: I do not use cookies, analytics or tracking. The site is a set of static pages.

Hosting
The site runs on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). To deliver the pages and protect them from attacks, Cloudflare processes the data your browser sends with every request: your IP address, the page you ask for, the time, your browser and operating system. I have a legitimate interest in a site that is fast and secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Fonts, images and videos
The typeface (Switzer, from Fontshare), all images and all videos are served from this site’s own domain. Your browser does not connect to a font service or a video platform.
If you write to me, I use your email address and message only to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). I delete the conversation when it is no longer needed, unless tax or commercial law requires me to keep it.
Booking a call
The “Book a call” link opens Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA). Nothing is loaded from Calendly until you click it. If you book a call there, Calendly’s own privacy policy applies.
Links
Links to other sites, such as systemsloop.com, are plain links. The other site only receives data once you follow one.
Your rights
You can ask me which data I hold about you, and have it corrected, deleted or restricted. You can ask for a copy, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can also complain to a data protection authority.
