I use n8n when your team wants to see the workflow and change it themselves. I write code when a job needs more logic, handles a lot of volume or should have tests. I decide per workflow and explain the choice.

How I work

I map the manual steps, rank them by the time they cost, and automate the biggest one first. Every workflow gets monitoring, an alert and a short write-up, so your team can look after it once I hand it over.
