• AI agents with one clear job, like triaging requests, drafting answers or researching leads, with a person signing off where it counts.
• MCP servers that let assistants such as Claude work with your own systems, whether that’s a CMS or an internal database, with safe limits.
• AI workflows that start by themselves when something happens and log what they did.

Coaching and workshops

I show your team how each agent and workflow works, how to adjust a prompt or a step, and when AI is the wrong tool. Coaching is one to one or in small groups. Workshops are for the whole team.
